He is an author of 4 Service Advisor Training Manuals, which are geared towards finding and implementing new Profit Centers and Improving Employee Performance. Dave has been published in numerous U.S. and Canadian publications from newspapers to magazines. He has been a regular columnist on Fixed operations issues with Wards Dealer Business (USA) and Canadian Auto World. Since1999, David has been a charter member of AJAC Automotive Journalists Association of Canada. Dave is also a featured Service Advisor Trainer for ASTN, Automotive Satellite Television Network.
